Returns
We aim to handle your returns within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Ordered in error
If goods have been ordered in error Eden Aesthetics may agree to their return and credit only for the following reasons:-
- If the goods are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
- A request to return the product must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation is given. Please enclose your name, address and reason for return with your returned goods.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitably packed so to minimize damage during transit.
- The customer must arrange for the return carriage. We recommend that the customer returns items through a method which provides proof of delivery. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us.
- If the customer cannot arrange their own return carriage, a collection can be arranged but a charge will apply.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Eden Aesthetics may agree to their return and credit only for the following reasons:-
- A request to return faulty products must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- The product has been tested by us and found to be faulty.
- If a client has a reaction to a product, it may be returned only with a completed customer reaction form within 3 months of purchase from Eden Aesthetics.
- No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation is given. Please enclose your name, address and reason for return with your returned goods.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitably packed so to minimize damage during transit.
